Is it absolutely necessary to take MucosaHeal on an empty stomach?
Is MucosaHeal safe for kids?
Should I be worried about an allergic reaction when I first try MucosaHeal?
I've been taking MucosaHeal for two months now with great results (thank God for your product) and I would like to know, if I don't have any kind of symptoms right now (no cramping, no bloating, no bleeding), do I need to take a break from it (a month off) or should I continue one a day for maintenance?
notice that MucosaHeal contains maltodextrin. I have Celiac Disease so need to know if there's any gluten in the maltodextrin?
Is it okay to take MucosaHeal along with medications such as Azathioprine, Salazopyrin (Sulfasalazine), and Steroids (Predisone)? If so, what is the recommended dosage?

1. Is it absolutely necessary to take MucosaHeal on an empty stomach?
Yes, it is. The herbal ingredients in MucosaHeal have to go straight to the intestinal lining, uninterrupted by the digestive process in order to be really effective.
2. Is MucosaHeal safe for kids?
Yes, it is. Please see our Usage Instructions for specific directions on dosage amounts for children, or, consult your healthcare practitioner.
3. Should I be worried about an allergic reaction when I first try MucosaHeal?
2% of the population are allergic to any given substance. So, yes, when trying any new product or food, be alert for an allergic reaction and discontinue use if one appears.
4. I've been taking MucosaHeal for two months now with great results (thank God for your product) and I would like to know, if I don't have any kind of symptoms right now (no cramping, no bloating, no bleeding), do I need to take a break from it (a month off) or should I continue one a day for maintenance?
To be on the safe side, you may want to continue on the maintenance dose for another month (just to cement your healing). And then for the next month, take the maintenance dose every other day. And thereafter, just take it when you feel you need it: if you eat foods that are hard on your system, or drink alcohol, or are going through some stress, then take MucosaHeal again for a week or so, just to help your digestive system protect and restore itself.
5. I notice that MucosaHeal contains maltodextrin. I have Celiac Disease so need to know if there's any gluten in the maltodextrin?
No, there is no gluten in MucosaHeal. The maltodextrin in MucosaHeal does not contain gluten and is not related to barley-derived malt.
6. Is it okay to take MucosaHeal along with medications such as Azathioprine, Salazopyrin (Sulfasalazine), and Steroids (Predisone)? If so, what is the recommended dosage?
Yes, you can take MucosaHeal along with any prescription medications. Regular licorice is contraindicated for steroids, but MucosaHeal contains only Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice, so it is safe to take with any drug.

If you want to wean off the drugs (always wean gradually and slowly - consult your doctor about this) then you would take the maximum recommended dosage. Otherwise, just follow the dosage instructions according to your symptoms.
